The Calving Camera connects to your existing Internet Router / Broadband up to 5Km Away. It can be viewed on your Mobile Phone, Pc, Computer, Tablet, Ipad & Iphone Any distance away from the farm. The Transmitter and Receiver need to see each other for this system to work (Line of Sight), If you have no Broadband or Router within the 5Km Distance they you would get a Gsm camera system instead which runs off the phone network - LINK TO GSM SYSTEMS

 Plug the cameras into the waterproof switcher which connects to the external waterproof outdoor transmitter, it can transmit the signal of up to 4 cameras across to your house up to 5000 meters away, plug your digital receiver into your router and now you can view and control the camera on your phone and tablet from anywhere worldwide.

This system is digital so does not interfere with other wireless devices and cannot be hacked into or viewed by other people.

Because the system is Digital it can can work in a house without any interference from an internet router - even if it is on the same frequency as your broadband router it will not interfere with your router or your broadband - regardless of whether it is a digital, analogue, 5.8ghz or 2.4ghz router.

At the shed:
You will need a power socket where the camera is mounted, you will power the camera and the transmitter from that point, the transmitter needs to go on the outside of the shed and face the receiver at the house.  The standard length cables provided to run from the camera to the transmitter is 20m, if longer are needed let us know the required length and we can work out a price for you.   

If getting multiple cameras you will also get a switcher so all cameras and the transmitter will be wired to the switcher.  The switcher is normally put next to the camera nearest to the transmitter, a short cable will connect this camera to the switcher and there will be 20m cables from the transmitter and the other camera(s) to the switcher. Double socket required by camera where switcher will be located.  Single socket by other camera required.

At the house:
Your receiver will go outside facing the transmitter, you will have a 20m cable (again longer can be made if needed), which will connect directly into your router / modem.
